Elementary and K-8 Schools
Breakfast – $2.25
Lunch – $3.25
There are a few ways you can pay for school lunch. Families can pay with cash, or check made out to Culinary Services. Please note your student’s name. Payments can be sent to school to teacher or brought to the office. We will get them to the lunchroom manager.
How to pay for school lunch online has changed. MySchoolBucks requires the Student’s ID number to create an account. The Student ID number can be found on report cards or by accessing The Source. MySchoolBucks charges users a $2.75 fee for credit/debit card meal payments and $2.49 for electronic check meal payments for a maximum payment limit of $200. Student Meals at School
Breakfast and lunch will be served at no cost to those students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals. Additionally, Seattle Public Schools has several schools that will offer free meals (breakfast and lunch) for all students. See a list of schools that will offer free meals for all students.
SPS has a new way to view menus, pay for meals, and fill out the free and reduced lunch application.

Free Meals for Students
Your child may qualify for free or reduced-price meals. In all Seattle schools, students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals receive meals at no cost.
You must reapply every year. Qualification is based on household income.
Students who qualify receive additional benefits including reduced fees for the following programs.
- Event Fees
- Field Trips
- Advanced Placement Tests
- Running Start Books
- Associated Student Body (ASB) Fees
- Pre-College Exams (PSAT/SAT/ACT)
- College Application Fees
